So, there is a definite Pioneer Woman theme to the week, but really, when has she ever steered you wrong in the food department? Her show is one of the few things I miss about not having a satellite dish.

Monday 11/26: Duck egg quiche with ham, kale & cheese with whole wheat crust. Loaded potato soup and homegrown salad greens with Pioneer Woman’s Ranch Dressing
Tuesday 11/27: Pioneer Woman’s Italian Chicken Soup with Soft 100% Whole Wheat Rolls
Wednesday 11/28: Pioneer Woman’s White Chicken Enchiladas with brown rice
Thursday 11/29: Pioneer Woman’s Steak Bites with salad, and homegrown sweet potato fries
Friday 11/30: Homemade whole wheat pizza with salad
Saturday 12/1: Low Country boil with shrimp, sausage, potatoes & corn
Sunday 12/2: Chili or beef stew (I have to literally dig in the chest freezer to see which cuts of beef I have left and it’s way too cold to do that right now!)
