I am trying not to have to buy groceries this week, with the exception of some dry beans, which I can likely sucker Eric into picking up on his way home from work. This is mostly because we have plenty of food here and partly because I’m busy working on Christmas presents and a quick trip to the grocery store just doesn’t exist with 3 kids! (Especially when I’m 9 miles from the closest one.) Also, you may notice a ton of eggs on this menu. We found two clutches of eggs this weekend in addition to the ones we already had, so I have eggs coming out my ears and we need to eat them up!

Saturday 12/15: Chicken Fried Steak, gravy, greens, mashed potatoes
