This has been a crazy week on the farm. I am working on a “State of the Farm address” but until that is ready, you can at least see that we don’t plan to starve this week!
Monday 2/18: Leftover night
Tuesday 2/19: Corn chowder with bacon, homegrown corn and fresh milk
Wednesday 2/20: Spaghetti alla carbonara with grilled chicken & homegrown salad
Thursday 2/21: Karate night: Crock pot roast with carrots, grits, & gravy
Friday 2/22: Homemade whole wheat pizza
Saturday 2/23: Hamburgers with sweet potato puree
Sunday 2/24: Marinated butcher steak with creamed kale
