We have finally gotten some much needed rain here on the farm!
It’s raining buckets! Only the ducks were happy! |
The rain barrel overfloweth! |
On stormy evenings, here at the farm, Eric or I will often look each other in the eye, and one of us will say “It was a dark and stormy night…”
The other grabs the glasses. This drink, aptly called a “Dark and Stormy” is our absolute favorite cocktail. Give it a try, if you are so inclined. Maybe it will be your new favorite too!
Why yes, we do have redneck wine glasses. What did you expect? It’s the perfect receptacle for our dark and stormy cocktail!
