Simple Homemade Guacamole
 
 
This is a quick and easy method for making delightful guacamole that is packed with great fresh ingredients! We can't get enough!
Ingredients
  • 2-3 ripe avocados
  • 1-2 fresh tomatoes chopped (depending on the size of the tomatoes)
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
  • 2-3 limes (for juice)
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half and remove pit.
  2. Score with a knife and scoop out meat into a bowl.
  3. Mash avocado with a fork until it is the consistency you like (we like ours on the chunky side)
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno
  5. Add the lime juice to taste (the amount needed depends heavily on the acidity of your tomatoes)
  6. Chop fresh cilantro and add to the bowl
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  8. Enjoy!
