I never got around to doing my menu plan last week, and boy did I regret it! Every night was a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of night. I must do better this week. I need a plan!
Menu Plan Week of November 19-25
Monday 11/19: Ham & cheese sandwiches on homemade pita bread with kale chips!
Tuesday 11/20: Chicken tacos with black bean 7 layer dip!
Wednesday 11-21: Lucas’ Birthday! Spaghetti squid with a homegrown salad (his choice!)
Thursday 11/22: Thanksgiving! Turkey, dressing, and all the fixin’s!
Friday 11/23: Thanksgiving leftovers. (If there are no leftovers, I will cry…)
Saturday 11/24: I think Eric and the kids are going out of town for the day, so I will have more leftovers, or I’ll whip up a batch of my friend Jennifer’s zucchini soup with frozen zucchini from this summer!
Sunday 11/25: Kitchen Sink Spaghetti – noodles in a creamy sauce with feta, olives, artichokes, and fresh greens, served with salad.
