Menu Plan: November 11-17

I’m back to making cheese this week, and I’m so excited about it!  There is a lot of cream, cheese, and butter on the menu this week.  Yum!  It’s not low-calorie, but it will be delicious!  

Monday:  Easy Weeknight Low Country Boil

Tuesday:  Shrimp Bisque with fresh crusty bread

Wednesday:  Crock pot cube steak with mashed potatoes and gravy with cast iron green beans

Thursday:  Homemade pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese

Friday:  Karate graduation night:  Sandwiches before graduation and out for ice cream after!

Saturday:  Steak, salad, mashed sweet potatoes, baked feta

Sunday:  Roasted Chicken with portobello mushroom risotto and Caesar salad with Parmesan crisps
