The Homestead Kitchen Book Cover

An Exciting Cookbook Announcement!

Hi everyone!  I’ve really wanted to post about this for a while, but I was afraid to say too much before I was almost done with my project!  Well, I’m almost done and this is starting to feel real, so I’m finally ready to announce that I’m releasing a book!

The Homestead Kitchen Book Cover

In essence, it’s a cookbook, but it is actually so much more!  The Homestead Kitchen focuses on delicious, whole foods that can be prepared using the bounty of your homestead.  (You could also find most of the ingredients at your local Farmer’s Market.)

In addition, it will help you get control of your homestead kitchen through menu-planning, frugal tips, seasonal eating and having a real-food attitude!

With 40 easy homestead recipes, all with pictures, breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert have never been easier to plan.

How about a breakfast of whole wheat cheesy sausage muffins and boiled eggs?  For lunch, perhaps broccoli and cheddar soup, followed by a dinner of perfectly roasted pasture-raised chicken and vegetables.  Top it all off with a chevre cheesecake for dessert!

The best part?  It’s all farm fresh, seasonal and EASY!  By planning ahead, we’ll take the guess-work and excuses out of cooking.

I really hope you will enjoy these recipes as much as I have enjoyed developing, testing, cooking and photographing each one.

So, what is your favorite dish to make with farm fresh ingredients?

Publishing is still a few weeks away, as I go through the editing and proofing process.  Do you want to know as soon as the book is available?  Sign up for Beulah’s Moooooooosletter and she’ll let you know when it’s ready!
